Mission Market 2026

Mission Market is back and better than ever - and this year we're celebrating five years of action at Mission Kitchen.

We will be showcasing more than 40 innovative food and drink start-ups from our community, including trend-setting snacks and sauces, globally-inspired condiments and desserts, artisan confectionary, sustainable catering concepts and innovative foods of the future.

As a special celebration for our fifth year, the event will feature:

• Features from our 'Hall of Fame' alumni who outgrew Mission Kitchen and have gone on to do incredible things
• Oyster Bar shucked fresh by long-standing member Rocks Oysters (for the first time since our launch party)
• Bespoke curated cocktails whipped up by member Juicy Brick and featuring member products

This event is by Invitation Only, welcoming a guestlist of 200 people working across the UK's food and drink sector including entrepreneurs and start-up teams, industry champions, chefs, retail buyers and leaders from major FMCG and hospitality brands.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample ground-breaking products, engage with their creators, and uncover fresh opportunities for collaboration.
