When you visit our websites, we, or an authorized third party, may place a cookie on your device that collects information, including personal data, about your online activities over time and across different sites. Cookies allow us to track use, infer browsing preferences, and improve and customize your browsing experience.
We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

These cookies allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and help us understand which pages are the most popular and where visitors spend most of their time.
Personalisation: These cookies enable the services to provide enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering choices you make or information you provide, what region you are in, your login information, or the pages you have viewed. They may be set by us or by third- party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.
Marketing: These cookies allow us and our advertisers to deliver advertisements that are relevant to you and your interests. They may be used by us and our advertisers to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other sites. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising.
We may use cookies to inform, optimise and serve online advertising. Mission Kitchen may implement display advertising (using Google Search Advertising and Display Network) and social media advertising (using Meta) and we may use Google Analytics and Meta's tracking pixel to implement a specific feature called re-marketing. Re-marketing is a feature of Google's AdWords service that allows us to deliver advert content that has been specifically targeted to a website user's interests and behaviour, based on pages visited and actions taken during previous visits to our website.

As part of the registration process for membership enquiries and sign-ups for our email newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you information you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We will only ever send emails to contacts who want to receive them, and we comply with EU GHDPR regulations to make sure everyone on our mailing list wants to be there, has confirmed they are happy to receive our messages, and is able to change their mind an unsubscribe at any time.
We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at: charlie@missionkitchen.org
We use a third party provider called Google Forms to handle our application, survey and registration forms. We use the data collected in these forms to help us understand the levels of interest in our various projects and products.
When users register their details with us to make a membership enquiry we store their contact details along with customer information in our CRM system Hubspot. This is used by our sales team to maintain consistent records of communication with customers, and to store important customer information.
Users who register their interest through these forms will be added to a contact list, so that we can inform them when we have news about membership opportunities. We ask all respondents to opt-in to email communications for this reason.
When customers make a membership enquiry and provide their email address, we ask them to confirm that they are happy to be contacted via email with regard to their membership enquiry, and to receive occasional email notifications regarding our products and services. These users' details will be added to our email newsletter, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and they will have the option to unsubscribe from email communications at any time.
User contact data, including email addresses and phone numbers are stored securely within our CRM system Hubspot.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof)
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. You have a right to remove any of your personal data permanently from our records.
If you want to do any of the above, please email your request to: charlie@missionkitchen.org.
