Lessons in Legal: Legal Updates & What's New

About the event

Three free Legal Masterclasses for Mission Kitchen members

Running a successful food business involves much more than creating a great product. From protecting your brand and selling online to keeping up with changing regulations, understanding your legal responsibilities can help you avoid costly mistakes and build stronger foundations for growth.

Mission Kitchen members are invited to join a series of three free online legal masterclasses designed specifically for food and drink businesses, brought to you by AK Collective. Delivered as three 30-minute sessions across three weeks, the series will provide practical, jargon-free guidance on some of the key legal issues facing founders today.

Members can join all three or join individual sessions. Each session is designed to deliver a practical legal toolkit to help businesses grow with confidence.

Session 3: legal updates, what’s new and what’s coming next

The legal and regulatory environment is constantly evolving, making it important for founders to stay informed about changes that could affect their business. This session will focus on recent and upcoming legal developments relevant to food and drink brands, including emerging changes to subscriptions, AI monitoring by the ASA and why claims matter and wider changes. Members will leave with a clearer understanding of what is on the horizon and how they can prepare their business for future changes.
