The sessions are hosted by Kristy Coleman and Amy MacInnes, co-founders of AK Collective, a legal consultancy for creators and makers. Kristy is a commercial and regulatory solicitor with a special focus on food, drink and hospitality businesses. Having previously worked within the industry herself, Kristy understands the challenges faced by food businesses. Amy advises on a range of commercial matters and utilises her experience working in-house for a luxury global lifestyle, fitness, wellness and hospitality brand to support her clients.
