Office Hours are 1:1 sessions designed to give Mission Kitchen members direct access to industry-leading experts across key areas of business growth, offering personalised support on the biggest challenges facing their food and drink businesses.. Each of our six Experts in Residence brings extensive experience in fields like marketing, branding, sales, operations, scaling, financial planning, and investment. These sessions provide an opportunity to discuss your specific challenges, gain tailored advice, and get practical solutions to help your business grow.

Hospitality and Retail with Grace Regan

This Office Hours will be hosted by Grace Regan, founder of SpiceBox.

After a stint as a tech entrepreneur in Silicon Valley, Grace returned to London to pursue her true passion—Indian food. She launched SpiceBox from her front door, soon earning spots at top street food markets across the city. Inspired by British curry houses and Indian home cooking, she opened her first restaurant in Walthamstow in 2019. In 2021, Grace published her bestselling debut cookbook SpiceBox and opened a second restaurant in Leytonstone.

In 2024 SpiceBox was acquired by Borough Broth Ltd and Grace re-launched the brand into food retail. The award-winning SpiceBox organic dals are now stocked in retailers nationwide.
