Over three hands-on hours you'll learn the technique behind a genuinely exceptional brownie: the right ingredients, the right ratios, why texture matters and exactly how to nail it every time. Frankie, founder of Frankie's Brownies, walks you through everything she's learned building her business from scratch - the craft, the obsessions and the shortcuts she'd never take.
Frankie’s Brownies was founded in lockdown 2020, in Frankie’s mum’s kitchen in Elephant & Castle, South London. From her first postal listing on Etsy, to producing over 35,000 (and counting!) desserts for Honest Burgers - the sky is the limit! The business has since grown and has clients such as Honest Burgers, WeWork, Getir, Compare the Market, Formula 1 and Lego to name a few.
In this class, you'll mix and bake your own tray of brownies from scratch, explore flavour variations, including a brownie tasting, and indulge in your own warm chocolate brownie pot in the process. Everything you bake is yours to take home in a branded box - a full tray of brownies, packaged and ready.
Tea and coffee flow throughout. Expect good music, good people and a kitchen that smells extraordinary.
