About our panellists:

After a decade of experience in brand & marketing management, Nicole Compen founded travelling retail concept raye the store in June 2021. More than simply a place to shop, raye is cultivating an ecosystem that aligns brands, consumers and industry figures who are motivated by the same ethics of wellbeing and building challenger brands to diversify the marketplace of the future.

Jacq Ellis-Jones is an experienced Marketing Director who works with B Corp mission led brands in the world of food. She is currently at Pip & Nut, with a previous role of Head of Brand Comms at Ella’s Kitchen.

Ruth Fittock is a Fractional Marketing Director with over 15 years experience building and launching food and drink brands. Most recently Ruth was Marketing Director at Simply Roasted crisps. Prior to Simply Roasted, Ruth lead the marketing at Popchips for 8 years from launch through to exit.

Carly Osman-Holme will be asking the questions! She has almost twenty years experience building the world’s most famous brands, including Coca-Cola & Nestle. She has also acted as an advisor & fractional CMO for several scale-ups & startups.
