Dr Alex Hyde PhD ANutr is a consulting food scientist/nutritionist.who specialises in supporting start-up/SME food & drink businesses to disrupt our unsustainable food systems deliciously. As a Great Taste award winning food founder (and Mission Kitchen alumnus), she understands the need for a quick answer based on good evidence. Alongside advising founders and chefs, she’s a guest senior lecturer in food/nutrition at Leeds University & a sustainable proteins expert. If she can’t answer your question, she’ll happily connect you to someone in her network who can.
