This Expert 1:1 is hosted by Alan Tang - a fractional Chief of Staff with 8 years of experience supporting a range of start-ups and scaleups in the technology, food and education space. Prior to this, Alan spent 6 years working in corporate finance and 3 years as a chef, working at his favourite restaurants in London (Honey & Co, Bocca Di Lupo, Quality Chop House and Chez Bruce).

Alan specialises in helping start-up and scaleup founders solve their most pressing problems. Whether that's setting up a new sourcing function for a sustainable packaging tech platform; designing and building a new, recurring revenue stream for an employer brand agency; finding and hiring niche senior talent for a kimchi manufacturer; setting up and scaling a finance team or successfully negotiating multi million-pound contracts with FTSE100 companies, he's been through it all.
