This expert 121 is hosted by Danny Butt, Director of Food Innovation Solutions. Danny has 15 years of experience in F&B, from Michelin star restaurants to major retailers, he’s worked on innovation across every major category.

Danny can help support front end & disruptive innovation plans, providing provocation & a balanced view on what retailers want from each category. Having looked after major pipeline programs for Waitrose in the UK & Carrefour in the GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE) Danny is well versed in supporting businesses to land innovation in a commercially viable & sustainable way.
