This session is hosted by Kristy Coleman, legal director at Ashfords LLP.

Kristy is a commercial and regulatory solicitor with a special focus on food, drink and hospitality businesses.

Ashfords has a depth of experience in the support of small and large food businesses to manage risks, achieve compliance with legal obligations faced by food businesses and helping with the general day-to-day legal issues, from social media through to supplier agreements.

Having previously worked withing the industry herself, Kristy understands the challenges faced by food businesses.
