Mission Kitchen buzzed with energy as we transformed it into the lively, market-style event that was Mission Market. Showcasing over 30 of our workspace and network members, the event celebrated creativity, community, and innovation. It brought together food enthusiasts, industry professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and explore what’s next in the food and drink world.

A Platform for Connection

Mission Market was designed to be more than just a place to sample delicious food — it was an opportunity for people in the food and drink industry to network, explore new trends, and discover exciting brands. Our goal was to create a space for our members to connect with buyers, distributors, and passionate food enthusiasts face-to-face and build lasting relationships.

The result? Bridges built, collaborations sparked, and new listings established. Take MK Member, EAT MALA, for example — a new Chongqing inspired Chinese Chilli Oil brand that started just a few weeks ago and made its debut at Mission Market. Thanks to meeting buyers there, they'll soon be stocked at DELLI, marking their very first listing — a notable success!"

Interactive Workshops

While networking was a big focus, the workshops took it to the next level. Guests didn’t just browse — they actively participated in immersive experiences that were both educational and inspiring.

From Maria Miracle of Hi Foods’ session on “Eating for Hormonal Health” to CHA DONG’s expert-led “Tea Brewing & Tasting” and Riya Patel of All the Aunties’ hands-on “Cooking with Paneer” class, these workshops offered practical insights and skills that guests could carry with them beyond the event.

A Diverse Array of Vendors

Our community is deliberately diverse and includes food professionals, entrepreneurs, and innovators from every corner of the industry, and Mission Market showcased the very best of them.

Each vendor brought something unique to the table – from the savoury Middle Eastern flavours of Toum & Tahini, to the rich sweetness of Frankie’s Brownies, there was something for every palate.
