Mission Kitchen is an incubator home to a diverse community of independent food and drink makers. Our flagship site in South London supports a community of more than 100 independent start-ups, offering access to commercial kitchens, co-working space and a programme of business support.

We work with our community of entrepreneurs, as well as friends from across the UK start-up community, to curate these Gift Boxes. 

Unlike generic corporate hampers, our collection is designed to be totally unique and make a difference. Every product is made by small, value-led producers, many of whom create their goods right here at Mission Kitchen.

Each hamper is crafted with care and is filled with unique and delicious products you won’t find in the supermarkets (yet). So every purchase supports independent makers and pioneering brands making change in our food sector.

Gifting That Supports Environmental and Social Impact

For companies focused on achieving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals, corporate gifting can be a powerful tool. Our hampers are designed to align with these values in meaningful ways: 

Social Impact - We exclusively feature products from small, independent, local businesses, and we prioritise  founders from under-represented groups. The businesses in our community are 54% female-led and 58%  POC-owned, and our curation and our community is actively inclusive. Our work with start-ups aims to improve economic inclusion through food enterprise, and since launching our gifting programme, we've raised over £150,000 for brands within our community, creating real, measurable impact. 

Sustainability - Our hampers feature brands focussed on improving the sustainability of our food systems through regenerative agriculture, upcycled ingredients, zero-waste production and environmentally friendly packaging. Many items are made on-site at Mission Kitchen in London, helping reduce food miles and carbon emissions. All hampers are packed and shipped with fully biodegradable materials.

Ethical Business- The makers we work with are conscious about how they source ingredients and manage their supply chains. Many work directly with producers to ensure fair relationships, transparency, and responsible production practices - keeping ethics and accountability at the heart of their businesses from the very start to support greater traceability and responsibility in the food industry.
