EMAIL NEWSLETTER DATA
As part of the registration process for our Email e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We will only ever send emails to contacts who want to receive them, and we comply with EU GHDPR regulations to make sure everyone on our mailing list wants to be there, has confirmed they are happy to receive our messages, and is able to change their mind an unsubscribe at any time. People who register their interest through these forms will be added to a contact list, so that we can inform them when we have news about membership opportunities. We ask all respondents to opt-in to email communications, and this is the only way we will contact them.
We don't sell your data to any other organisations or to any advertisers.
